  You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email to [email protected]. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

Return & Exchange

• Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state and with the Taghatch tags attached.
• Under normal circumstances，The Seller is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by the Taghatch Customer Service team.

Every pair of shoes is inspected in detail as it leaves our network of authorized retailers, where we carefully check for fading, dirt or stains, oxidation and more in our facilities. We don't miss any detail - from uppers, soles, insoles, laces, to shoe boxes, we thoroughly inspect every item to make sure your order arrives looking like it's fresh out of the box.

  Dented or damaged shoe boxes will not be shipped to our customers. Please note that because we work with a network of trusted authorized retailers from over 50 countries, the products you purchase may have foreign labels on them.   TAGHATCH Check the uppers for scratches to make sure your sneakers aren't scratched by leather or suede. We check for tears, scuffs and any minor scratches and any found will be returned to the retailer immediately.

  Some shoes will turn yellow over time due to improper care or storage. We inspect each pair to ensure the color is new and there are no visible signs of oxidation.

  Every pair of sneakers ordered through TAGHATCH is thoroughly inspected for any changes to the upper to ensure there are no stains on the shoe. If we discover any stains, no matter how big or small, the shoes will be shipped immediately back to the retailer for replacement rather than being shipped to you.
